As you go through different life stages, how can you make sure your taha tinana is in tip-top shape, and how can you achieve balance with other areas of your hauora? *Circle of Friends. Need to make quality friends? Need to avoid drama and peer pressure? Do you sometimes overreact or not know what to do in social situations?
